Troubleshooting
Garmin workouts aren’t showing in NestEgg.
- Open the Garmin Connect app and confirm you’re logged in.
- Record a short test workout (1–2 minutes) on your Garmin watch.
- In Garmin Connect, pull down on the My Day screen to force a sync.
- In Apple Health → Sharing → Apps → Garmin Connect, confirm Workouts and Heart Rate are enabled.
- In Apple Health → Sharing → Apps → NestEgg, confirm all toggles are green.
- In NestEgg → Workouts, pull down to refresh.
- Still not syncing? Restart your iPhone and reopen Garmin Connect. Apple Health can take a minute or two to pass data through.
Note: If you have another device (e.g. Oura) also connected to Apple Health, Garmin workouts may sometimes arrive without HR data. If this happens, connect only one device to Apple Health at a time. See Duplicate Workouts.
