Step 2 of 4 — Connect NestEgg to Apple Health

This grants NestEgg permission to read your workout and heart rate data from Apple Health.

  2. When the Apple Health permission screen appears, tap Turn On All.
  3. Check that all toggles are green — Heart Rate, Resting Heart Rate, and Workouts.

  3. Select Oura — confirm sharing is turned ON.

You’re all set. Workouts tracked by your Oura Ring will now flow automatically to NestEgg.

Troubleshooting

Oura workouts aren’t showing in NestEgg.

  1. In the Oura app: Menu (≡) → Settings → Apple Health — ensure the connection is ON.
  2. In Apple Health → Profile → Apps → Oura — make sure Workouts and Heart Rate are ON.
  3. In Apple Health → Profile → Apps → NestEgg — make sure Workouts and Heart Rate are ON.
  4. In NestEgg → Workouts, pull down to refresh.
  5. Wait ~1 minute — sometimes Apple Health needs time to sync.
  6. Still nothing? Restart your iPhone — background sync issues often resolve after a reboot.
