I Can’t Log In or Forgot My Password


Forgot Your Password

  1. On the NestEgg login screen, tap Continue with email
  2. Enter your email address, tap Continue
  3. Tap Forgot password?
  4. Check your inbox for a password reset email from NestEgg Health
  5. Tap the reset link and choose a new password (minimum 8 characters, 1 symbol, 1 number)

Check your spam folder if the reset email doesn’t arrive within 2 minutes.


Signed Up With Apple, Google, or Microsoft (SSO)

If you signed up using Sign in with Apple, Google, or Microsoft, you don’t have a NestEgg password. You must log in using the same method you used to sign up.

On the login screen, tap the corresponding button:

  • Sign in with Apple
  • Sign in with Google
  • Sign in with Microsoft

Important: If you signed up with one method (e.g. Google) and try to log in with email, NestEgg won’t recognise your account. Always use the same method you used at signup.

If you’re not sure which method you used, try each one — only one will find your account.


Wrong Email Address

NestEgg accounts are tied to the email address you used at signup. If you’re entering a different email, the account won’t be found.

Try:

  • Your personal email (the one you use most)
  • Your work email (if your challenge was corporate)
  • Any other email you might have used

If you genuinely can’t identify which email is linked to your account, contact support and include your name and your employer/challenge name.


Account Shows “No Invites Yet” After Login

This means you’re logged in but haven’t joined a challenge yet. You need a 4-digit challenge code to join.

  1. Tap Enter Invite code
  2. Enter the code from your poster, email, or challenge organizer
  3. Tap Join

If you don’t have a code, contact your Nest Leader or challenge organizer.


App Won’t Let Me Past the Login Screen

Try these in order:

  1. Check your internet connection — the login screen requires connectivity
  2. Force-quit the app and reopen — swipe NestEgg closed, reopen it
  3. Check for an app update — go to the App Store or Google Play and update NestEgg to the latest version
  4. Restart your phone

If none of these work, delete and reinstall NestEgg. Your account data is stored in the cloud — reinstalling won’t lose anything.


Common Questions

Can I change my login email? Go to Settings → Email to update your email address. You’ll need to verify the new address before it takes effect.

I set up NestEgg on a new phone and can’t log in. Use the same login method (Apple/Google/Microsoft/email) you used originally. Your account travels with your credentials, not your device. See also I Switched to a New Phone.

My account was created by my employer and I never set a password. Some challenges use pre-configured accounts. Contact your challenge organizer — they’ll have your login details or can reset access.
