Signed up but the verification link never came? Here's how to find it, resend it, and get into the app.
My Verification Email Didn’t Arrive
Check These Places First
The verification email comes from NestEgg Health with the subject line “Verify your account”. Before anything else:
- Spam / Junk folder — this is where it goes most often. Search for “NestEgg” or “nestegghealth.com”
- Promotions tab (Gmail) — Gmail sometimes routes it there
- Social or Updates tab (Gmail) — less common but worth checking
- All Mail — if you use filters or labels aggressively, it may have been auto-archived
Resend the Verification Email
If you can’t find it anywhere:
- Open the NestEgg app and go back to the login screen
- Tap Continue with email
- Enter your email and tap Continue
- You’ll see an option to Resend verification email — tap it
- Check your inbox again within 2 minutes
The Link Expired
Verification links expire after a period of time. If you tap the link and see an “expired” or “invalid link” message, just resend from the app (see above) and use the new link immediately.
Wrong Email Address
If you typed your email address incorrectly during signup, the verification email went somewhere else. You’ll need to create a new account with the correct email.
Signs you used the wrong email:
- No verification email in any folder after multiple resends
- The email address shown on the verification screen doesn’t look right
To start fresh: delete the app, reinstall, and sign up again with the correct email address. Your previous incomplete account will expire automatically.
Using a Corporate or Work Email
Some company IT systems block external emails or route them through a quarantine filter. If you’re using a work email:
- Ask your IT department to whitelist
@nestegghealth.com - Or use a personal email address (Gmail, Outlook, Apple, etc.) for your NestEgg account — this is usually faster and avoids IT filter issues
Common Questions
How long does the verification email take? Usually under 60 seconds. If it’s been more than 5 minutes with no email in any folder, try resending.
Can I skip verification and just use the app? No — account verification is required before you can join a challenge or upload workouts.
I verified on one device but can’t log in on another. Verification is account-level, not device-level. Once verified, log in on any device using your email and password (or SSO method). See I Can’t Log In.
