Step 1 of 4 — Open Auto-Upload in NestEgg

Before connecting your wearable, navigate to the auto-upload screen in the NestEgg app.

  1. Open the NestEgg app.
  2. Tap your profile icon (top right of the home screen).
  3. Select Workout Submission.
  4. Select Auto-Upload.
  5. Choose Amazfit from the supported devices list.

Step 2 of 4 — Connect NestEgg to Health Connect

This grants NestEgg permission to read your workout and heart rate data from Google Health Connect.

  1. Tap Connect to Health Connect in the NestEgg app.
  2. When the Health Connect permission screen appears, tap Allow all.
  3. Check that all toggles are blue (ON) — Exercise and Heart Rate.
  4. Tap Allow.
  5. Tap Allow again for background access.

Step 3 of 4 — Connect Zepp to Health Connect

Now link the Zepp app so your Amazfit workout data flows through to NestEgg.

  1. Open the Zepp app on your Android phone.
  2. Tap Profile → 3rd-party account linking (or similar, depending on app version).
  3. Choose Health Connect.
  4. Tap Allow All (or enable the listed data categories), then tap Allow.

This lets the Zepp app share your workout and heart-rate data safely with Health Connect.

Step 4 of 4 — Verify the Connection

Confirm both apps are sharing correctly.

  1. Open Health Connect on your phone.
  2. Go to App permissions.
  3. Select Zepp App — confirm sharing is turned ON.
  4. Return to App permissions.
  5. Select NestEgg Health — confirm sharing is turned ON.
  6. Back in NestEgg, tap Looks good!

You’re all set. Workouts tracked by your Amazfit will now flow automatically to NestEgg.

Troubleshooting

Amazfit workouts aren’t showing in NestEgg.

  1. In Zepp app → Profile → 3rd-party account linking → Health Connect — ensure data permissions are ON.
  2. In Health Connect → App permissions → Zepp — confirm Workouts and Heart Rate are ON.
  3. In Health Connect → App permissions → NestEgg Health — confirm Workouts and Heart Rate are ON.
  4. In NestEgg Health, open Workouts and pull down to refresh.
  5. Wait about a minute — Health Connect sometimes takes a moment to sync.
  6. Still stuck? Restart your phone — this clears background sync issues.

Note: Make sure your device is running Android 14 or newer (or has Health Connect installed from the Play Store) and that the Zepp app is updated to the latest version.
