Enter four values from your workout and the calculator does the rest:
- Age — used to calculate your HR Limit
- Resting Heart Rate — from your profile or wearable
- Average Heart Rate — from the workout summary
- Duration — workout length in minutes

Where to find your data
Average HR and Duration — open the workout summary in your wearable’s app (Garmin Connect, Fitbit, WHOOP, etc.). These are the two main values displayed on every workout screen.
Resting HR — check your NestEgg profile (Settings) or your wearable’s health dashboard. Most wearables track this automatically.
Age — you know this one.
